In this article, our clinical director shares a simple yet robust model for self-improvement he calls "BET'RR" (pronounced “better”). It stands for Body – Emotions – Thoughts – Reactions/Responses. Through this approach, we can develop greater self-awareness, which in turn will help us to make better choices towards a sustainable state of mental wellbeing.
